Commercial Skylight Repair in Mcalister, NM

Commercial Skylight Repair in Mcalister, NM

Commercial skylight repair in Mcalister, NM covers the domes, curbs and panel systems on warehouses, retail units, schools and offices. Most commercial skylights sit on curbs on flat roofs covered with TPO, EPDM or modified bitumen, and most leaks start where the roof membrane turns up the curb.

We also see cracked acrylic domes from hail and foot traffic, failed gaskets, and rotted wood curbs on older buildings. Ponding water around a low curb is a common cause, because standing water finds any weak seam.

Mcalister, NM Skylight Repair repairs the membrane flashing at the curb, replaces cracked domes with matching sizes, and rebuilds curbs where the wood has failed. Where skylights sit in areas workers walk, we can fit skylight screens or guards over the domes for fall protection, which OSHA rules require for skylight openings on walking surfaces.

We schedule commercial skylight repair around business hours when needed and keep the work area clean. For buildings with many skylights, we can inspect them all at once and give a written list of what needs work now and what can wait.
